English Leaders Network

Our English Leads’ Network is working with Justa Madden to strengthen the full writing journey from Early Years – developing strong foundations to Year 2, through to Year 6 as pupils prepare for secondary school.

Each setting has an audit visit followed by a written report to devise best ways forward. Drawing on proven approaches such as Pie Corbett’s Talk for Writing, the work focuses on collaborating closely with English subject leaders and teachers to ensure every child’s writing demonstrates confidence, fluency, and imagination.
