Early Years Leaders Network
The Maamulaha Network has had from the start a deep commitment to Early Years education. As part of this, an Early Years Leaders Network has been set up to provide the opportunity for phase leaders to work and learn collaboratively – strengthening practice and provision across all the schools.
The network is facilitated by Early Excellence and sessions take place three times a year to explore the latest Early Years headlines, relevant research, and address current priorities within the schools.
The network and Early Excellence have been working in partnership for over nine years. Together we’ve embarked on many innovative projects including; exploring Well-Being and Involvement, transforming practice in Year One and strengthening early years leadership. Throughout there has been a passionate commitment across the network to ensuring that all children in all the schools have the best possible start and an impactful emphasis on collaboration, sharing learning and celebrating the many successes.
We have recently jointly published our handbook on Network Vision and Principles for Early Years Education.
